1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PepeVest, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. Continued use of PepeVest constitutes full acceptance of this cyber-contract and all updates made to it in the future.
These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone interacting with our services, including but not limited to staking, earning rewards, and participating in offerwall campaigns.
2. Eligibility & Account
To use PepeVest, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in immediate account suspension or termination without prior notice.
3. Rewards, Staking, and Withdrawals
PepeVest operates a PEPE token reward system where users earn rewards through staking, completing offers, watching ads, and other approved activities. All rewards are subject to verification and may be delayed or adjusted based on third-party confirmations.
Staking rewards are calculated based on your active stake and the platform's current APY rates. Cooldown periods may apply when unstaking or withdrawing funds. Minimum withdrawal limits are enforced to maintain system efficiency. PepeVest reserves the right to modify reward rates, staking terms, and withdrawal limits at any time to ensure platform sustainability.
All transactions are final once processed. Ensure accuracy before confirming any withdrawal or staking action.
4. Offerwalls and Third-Party Ads
PepeVest partners with multiple advertising networks including OfferToro, AdGate Media, CPAlead, Lootably, and other reputable providers to deliver earning opportunities. These offerwalls and ad networks are operated by independent third parties.
PepeVest is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or safety of external offers, surveys, or advertisements. Users interact with these third-party services at their own risk. Any disputes regarding incomplete offers, unpaid rewards from external networks, or misleading advertisements must be resolved directly with the respective provider.
We encourage users to review the privacy policies and terms of service of any third-party network before participating.
5. Fair Use & Prohibited Actions
PepeVest maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, manipulation, and abuse. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit rewards.
• Botting and automation: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to complete offers or earn rewards.
• Exploit abuse: Taking advantage of bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the system.
• VPN/Proxy manipulation: Using location-masking tools to access restricted offers or circumvent limits.
• Fraudulent activity: Providing false information, chargebacks, or engaging in any deceptive practices.
Violations may result in permanent ban, forfeiture of all rewards, and potential legal action if applicable.
6. Modifications to Service
PepeVest reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to features, reward structures, staking mechanisms, and user interfaces.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through announcements on our platform or via email. Continued use of PepeVest after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
PepeVest and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, data loss, interruption of service, or errors caused by user actions or third-party integrations.
Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency and digital rewards involve inherent risks. PepeVest does not guarantee the value, stability, or future availability of PEPE tokens or any associated rewards. You participate in all activities at your own risk.
In no event shall PepeVest's total liability exceed the amount of rewards earned by the user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PepeVest is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of PepeVest shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. By using PepeVest, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
